Ella Noriega
Actor-Singer-Dancer
About Me
Inspired by the music of passion and celebration that followed her family from Cuba, Ella grew up in South Florida eager to learn everything she could about what it means to be a performing artist. This curiosity led her to Carnegie Mellon University where she is now graduating with a BFA in Music Theatre.
During her time at CMU, she has been honored to play a number of diverse and fulfilling roles, from a grieving Lady Macbeth to the bright and innocent Caroline Neville in the 2025 senior musical, Titanic .Throughout her childhood and adult life, she has spent most summers in the recording studio working as a demo/background singer and voice actor on various projects including Dora the Explorer and Maná’s album Cama Incendiada . One of her greatest interests is being a part of developing new work, and she is extremely grateful for the opportunities she’s had to work on pieces like the world premiere of Simona’s Search and the first workshop of Spanglish Sh!t.
Outside theatre, Ella spends most of her time songwriting, trading books with friends, and trying to get birds to come to her bird feeder. More than anything, she is committed to spending her life contributing to creative work that both celebrates imperfection and points the way toward resilience and growth.
